Daniel Bobinski is the founder and president of Leadership Development, Inc., an international training and consulting company he started in 1989.

Daniel has been a management-leadership coach, keynote speaker, and an expert in "how people learn" for more than 30 years. He also:

  • Served six years in the US Navy (he was in charge of training for his division)
  • Served as president of American Society for Training & Development, Eastern Idaho Chapter
  • Taught a variety of management classes in two different colleges as an adjunct professor at Idaho State University

How long is the course?
The course has 12 short video lessons, from 2 - 5 minutes each. Total video viewing time is 35 minutes.
How does the course work?
As soon you enroll, you have access to the course. After each short video is a three-question "quiz" that asks questions about what you just learned. These questions reinforce the key points and help cement the learning for you.. Once you've completed the course, the system will generate a "Certificate of Completion" for you, using the name that you entered when you enrolled in the course. You can print and/or download that certificate if you like.
What if I have to log off before I'm done?
The system will remember where you stopped. Just log back in and the system will let you pick up right where you left off.
